Our visit to the Gelateria Dondoli located in the Piazza della Cisterna is a must stop in San Gimignano! Sergio, the master creator of the best gelato is often on hand to greet his guests personally. On a private, bespoke, guided tour of Italy, hosted by Chef Ray Arpke of Euphemia Haye Restaurant on Longboat Key, and Lisa Silvestri, of Silvestri Travel in Sarasota, Florida we had the pleasure of spending time with Sergio as we ate our wonderful Gelato.
