Your expertise and attention to detail in implementing a flawless tight schedule (8) days - 5 cities proved spectacular! You returned all my calls and concerns so promptly (including holding my hand along the way)! It was so comforting to know we were in the VERY best of hands! You went above and beyond your service "duties" providing memories we will have for our lifetimes.

Lisa helped us plan (and emergency re-plan) a trip to Italy and Scotland. Our accommodations were perfect, and we had knowledge tour guides in both locations. We had last minute flight cancellations, and despite the time difference Lisa (and the fact that she was also on vacation) was immediately available to help. She was just wonderful, and it was the trip of a lifetime.

Lisa planned our Honeymoon all over Europe. We had the best 3 weeks of our lives! Traveling through Italy, then to Greece, and ended our vacation in Paris! She listened to all our wants and needs & provided excellent customer service before, during, and after our time spent. This was our first experience traveling with no stress! Lisa is an amazing travel agent! Our only wish is that we found her earlier, but she saved us from booking a trip on our own that would have been disastrous to one that was as seamless and stress free as could be at the Sandals resort in Curaçao. Lisa planned a Disney vacation for our group of 11 and it was amazing! We decided to go last minute and there weren't any rooms left but Lisa worked her magic and found us rooms at 3 different resorts and took all of my stress away! My wife and I were looking to take a trip for our 25th anniversary so we started looking into travel agencies to help with the planning. Lisa was instrumental in planning our trip of a lifetime to Europe last year.Lisa listened to our hopes and dreams and made them a reality. The trip went flawless. Lisa had done everything.We had a printed itinerary with all the information we needed down to a science. All we had to do is show up! No waiting in long lines. drivers and tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. We had plenty of time to explore on our own, shop and just relax. Upon returning home we decided to go back to Europe the next year for our second trip of a life time which was just as perfect as the first!

Lisa put together a rather complicated trip to Iceland for my friend Carol and me. She was very skilled at "weaving together" the many diverse things to do and see, with the resulting trip working out to be an absolutely wonderful experience. The very few things that were not quite perfect were very easy to work out on the fly and she was again very involved in helping to take care of those issues.
